Schools wanting to take part in the festival of English language must address to AZUS.
There must be created English departments in schools for doing primary preparation. Composition of the English department must be 3 English teachers and one music teacher.
Duties of English Department consist of these:
· Primary preparation for the festival
· Giving comprehensive information to pupils
· Election of the children that will take part in the competition
· Preparing these children for the competition.
The English departments that made up in schools are responsible with solution of the problems connected with English language and informing pupils about process of the competition.
The schools wanting to take part in the competition must address AZUS till 20 November of 2009. They can apply AZUS only after creating English departments.
Till 30 November of 2009 departments of English must present AZUS the list of the pupils who will represent schools in the competition
Pupils have to take part in one week decision making tournament for the festival before the final competition. Pupils nominated for the final competition should participate in the next one week preparation camp created by AZUS.
General board of judges will be created by AZUS Education Abroad Company.
